Homes enrolled prior to January 1, 2017 or condo projects approved prior to January 1, 2017 would have received One-year Workmanship and Materials Coverage, Two Year Water Penetration Coverage, and Five Year Major Structural Defects Coverage.

Optional 5 Year Extended Major Structural Defects Coverage was available if purchased at enrollment of home.
