Saskatchewan Home Warranty encourages Builders and/or Renovators to enhance their level of technical and business knowledge by completing courses currently being offered by both Regina and/or Saskatoon Home Builders’ Associations.

Currently, companies can receive the “Certified Professional Home Builder” accreditation from the aforementioned Home Builders’ Associations, upon completion of the required curriculum.  Saskatchewan Home Warranty will then honour this accreditation by providing a discount on enrollment fees for new homes.

Although the courses are not required for membership in the Program, the Regina & Region Home Builders’ Association and Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association require completion of the Certified Professional Home Builder Program as a condition of Builder Membership.
