In light of the current situation with COVID-19 restrictions, the Saskatchewan New Home Warranty Program wants to assure Homeowners and Builders that existing warranty coverage remains in place.
Details regarding the timelines for the warranty can be found on the reverse of the Certificate of Possession and in the Homeowner and Builder Portals. Notice of Defect procedures and timelines remain as outlined on the Certificate of Possession. Where necessary, on-site inspection follow-up will occur as soon as practically possible, taking into consideration social distancing restrictions which are currently in place.
